My life isn’t really pleasant right now, I found out something really terrible and I haven’t been myself. Having those BAD thoughts which is nearly impossible to push out of my head and I really need help.

I don’t have any friend anymore who I can talk to. So, most times is spend my day binge watching movies as this helps me relieve stress and the pains I’m going through. No one knows about any of this, since I can’t be depressed according to them. I haven’t gone through anything yet, so I’m not depressed or in a traumatized world. I’m just acting, I need help, or advice. Anything that’d make me not kill myself.

    I’m really sorry to hear that you’re going through such a tough time. It’s important to take your feelings seriously, even if others might not understand or validate them. Finding a therapist or counselor can be incredibly beneficial. They are trained to help you work through your emotions and provide strategies to cope with your thoughts.

    Continue to find activities that help you relieve stress. It be outdoor activities, this is so you don’t stay in isolation. Sometimes just sharing your thoughts can provide some relief.
