Good day Friend. I think the way to start staying away from porn is to hate it from your inside and you can hate it by consciously getting angry at the effect it is having on your life.

Honestly… You can’t hate what you like so easily… So all these “hating it from inside” is easier said than done.
I was once addicted to porn. Let me tell you what I did. I started reading novels at first even if they had sexual content but it was not the same and I started reading relatively normal novels to keep my mind and imagination busy and off of anything sexual.
I also stayed more in people’s company so I won’t have the temptation to touch myself or anything like that. You should try it too.
They don’t necessarily have to be Christian books…. I’m not religious
